- Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and receive the required payment.
- Quotations are valid for a limited period and are subject to change based on quantity, design, materials and availability.
- Minimum order quantities may apply to bulk and customised orders.
4. Customised orders
- For customised orders, production begins only after you approve the design. Once approved, you are responsible for any errors in the design, text or spelling.
- Colours and finishes in the final product may vary slightly from digital previews.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork or content you provide to us. PS Sattva Group is not responsible for any claim arising from its use.
5. Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including GST, and shipping charges are extra unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, including advance payment, will be as mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
- We reserve the right to hold production or dispatch until full payment is received.
6. Shipping and delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers must provide correct and complete delivery details. Any additional charges caused by incorrect details will be borne by the customer.
- Any damage or shortage must be reported to us promptly after delivery, along with photos or an unboxing video, for our review.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
- Customised and personalised products are made specially to order and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.
- Cancellation requests before production may be accepted at our discretion, after deducting any costs already incurred.
- In case of a genuine damage or wrong product claim, we will review it and offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
8. Marketplace purchases
Products purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other online marketplaces are subject to the terms, return and refund policies of that marketplace.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and graphics, is the property of PS Sattva Group and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
